The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to Ladbroke Grove tube station which made it easy to get around. The room had a great view of the street and market, and it was clean and quirky. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch.
There were a few cleanliness issues in the hotel, with dirty furniture and stairs that were not clean.

I had a great stay at this hotel, and there were several aspects that I really loved. the location was fantastic - right near Ladbroke Grove tube station, which made it so easy to get around the city. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, as they were clean and well-maintained. The view of Portobello Road from my room was absolutely charming, and it added a special touch to my stay. Lastly, the breakfast at this hotel was delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.
I must say, all was fine during my stay at this hotel.

The location was perfect, with easy access to everything in the city by tube, and it was close to Ladbroke Grove tube station. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect and the facilities were great. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

Friendly staff, attentive service. Quirky, clean room with great street view. Nice atmosphere at the bar. Complete amenities with quality soap. Loved the complimentary mini bar!
